Butter, malai (cream) or tandoori…we Indians love our chicken! Some could even say we have an unhealthy obsession with it. Here we bring for you a healthy way to keep your obsession and your waistline intact!
Serves 2Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- ¼ tbsp curry powder
- ½ cup roasted chicken, diced
- ¼ cup grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Mixed greens
- ⅛ cup red onions, diced
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
- Mix the yoghurt and the curry powder.
- Add the roasted chicken, red onions, grapes, and cilantro to it.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- It’s ready to be served.
