Sometimes you just gotta have a sweet, satisfying cookie and forget about the calories. What if we tell you a secret to healthier cookies?
Remove sugar, add jaggery - it’s that simple!Serves 2
Ingredients:

- Oats: ½ cup
- Liquid egg whites: ¼ cup
- Jaggery: 1 ½ tbsp
- All-purpose flour: 1 ½ tbsp
- Raisins: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mix oats, egg whites, jaggery, flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, raisins, and add cinnamon to taste.
- Flatten half the mixture into the bottom of the bowl and heat in the oven for 2-4 minutes at 180 degrees F.
- Pop cookie out of the bowl and repeat the same steps with the second half of the mixture.
